The FNF Coaches editorial team produced one preview print publication as well as two daily digital publications for the 2019 USA Football National Conference at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla.

The FNF Coaches team worked with the USA Football staff on site at the Orange County Convention Center to design an editorial plan and execute it to completion. FNF Coaches was responsible for producing a 16-page preview publication, which was distributed to coaches upon their entrance to the conference. The preview publication offered profiles of keynote speakers, such as Pittsburgh Steelers coach Mike Tomlin and University of Tennessee coach Jeremy Pruitt, and also offered insights into Chalk Talk sessions and demonstrations on the Live Field.

While on site, FNF Coaches editorial staff members attended specified speeches, presentations and on-field demonstrations, and took responsibility for all editorial aspects of the daily digital publications – from writing, editing, photography and publication. USA Football and FNF Coaches staff members then reviewed copy and made edits to the publications at the end of each day before sending publication links to their respective networks of coaches in attendance.

FNF Coaches also collaborated with USA Football to host a contest offering the USA Football National Conference VIP Experience for five coaches on one staff. As part of the winning package, USA Football covered the cost of five registration fees, hotel stays and airfare for the staff members from one team.
