Jerry and I didn’t know each other for very long but during the 30-day overlap of my transition into Centric, I feel that we became good friends. I quickly realized that Jerry was a natural at building relationships. As I introduced myself to employees and customers as “the guy replacing Jerry,” I was most often greeted with how much they loved Jerry! I knew immediately, that his shoes were going to be very difficult to fill. Two of my favorite traits of his are his quick wit and his candid feedback. Jerry always found a way to make us smile.
